GRiX for Gmail: Easily Share Documents in Emails
GRiX for Gmail is a Chrome extension developed by AimyTech, Inc. It allows users to insert one-click document sharing links generated by GRiX directly into the body of their emails.
Once downloaded, this extension adds an icon of GRiX next to the "Send" button on the email composition screen. Clicking on the icon enables the following actions:
- Upload new documents or content
- Select documents from the content list
- Transition to the content editing screen
- Generate a URL for the document*
- Insert the URL into the email body
- Note that when generating the URL, the user needs to input the recipient's company name.
